perfect
solution if your audience consists of repetitive callers. As an Information Provider, you can offer the 800 subscription service at a slightly lower per minute rate than your 900 line and still make a profit.
800 NUMBER ACCESS TO YOUR LINE VIA SUBSCRIPTION
Callers using your line can subscribe to your 800-hotline or message service. Subscribers are issued an ID and passcode to access the 800-hotline and are billed via credit card.
YOU ESTABLISH YOUR PRICE
Subscribers call your 800 line as often as they would like, using their personal ID and passcode. InfoVision bills the caller's credit card on a per-minute or per-call basis. The cost to the caller can be what you would charge for a 900 number, or as little as $1.00 or $2.00 -- you establish your price.
SIGN-UP OPTIONS Subscriber sign-up can work two ways. Your subscriber can sign up directly with you and you send us the sign-up information, or you can have the subscriber contact us for sign-up
verification, credit card authorization, and issuance of ID and passcodes.
HIGHER PROFIT MARGIN An 800 subscription line eliminates the high carrier costs associated with 900 lines. As an Information
Provider, you pay both the long-distance carrier fees and Service Bureau fees. This application eliminates the high percentage of your gross revenue that is kept by the carriers in per minute and fixed recurring line
fees.
NO PIRACY WORRIES Piracy of the message information is not an issue. Callers must have IDs and passcodes to access your information and are charged accordingly. This ensures that you will be
properly compensated for all accesses to your 800 hotline.
