800 Voice Subscriber Application

Once the set-up of the 800/888/877 Subscriber Hotline  is complete, your role is simple:

  • Dial into our system, input your specific ID and Passcode and record your new message
  • Save your message
  • You can update as many times as you like each day

What will my subscribers need to do to access my information?

Subscribers interested in signing up to access an Information Providers 800/888/877, can do so in the following ways:

  • Request a sign-up sheet. Sign-up forms can also be made available via the web, printed out and faxed, or mailed to potential subscribers.
  • The subscriber will complete and sign the subscription sheet requesting the service and authorizing credit card billing and either mail or fax it to the appropriate contact.
  • InfoVision, Inc. would then activate an ID and Passcode in our system for the subscriber.
  • The caller then calls the number, is prompted for their unique ID and Passcode and will have access to your information. Our system records the date, time and duration of the call for billing purposes.
