LISTEN ONCE AND READ ONCE  Anti-Piracy Services. If your information, either by 800 voice application or the web, is ID/Passcode protected for access by your subscribers, you will want to seriously consider this feature. Listen Once and Read Once will deny multiple accesses to your updated information for a single ID. Each ID will have single access each time you update your message--anyone attempting multiple access under the same ID will be denied access. This feature effectively prevents the sharing or unauthorized use of active ID's.

ONE RECORDING FOR ALL LINES  Your time is valuable. Many information providers allow multiple avenues for accessing their information through a combination of our services. If you provide  800 and 900 access to your message you don't want to spend your time recording multiple messages. When you record one message, our system automatically mirrors your voice message to your other applications. Your message is instantly available to your subscribers regardless of the application type they are utilizing for access.

REPORTING SERVICES  Most successful applications involve large investments in marketing and advertising. As an Information Provider marketing your services, it is important to identify your successful marketing efforts. InfoVision, Inc. can provide you with reports on your 800 application that provides critical information about your callers and your target market. Whether it's geographical, average length of calls, area codes, or originating number, InfoVision can make this information available for your analysis.

BILLING AND COLLECTIONS  At the end of each month InfoVision will bill the subscribers credit card based on their usage. Prepaid monthly subscriptions are also available. We maintain the roster for your hotline subscribers. Note: You also have the option of doing your own billing.

CALL COUNTS  Call counts on your 800 and 900 applications are available through the previous day and month-to-date at your fingertips! By using a touch-tone phone you have access to daily call counts or you can request a fax copy. This data is extremely valuable in evaluating the success of your advertising. Few businesses have access to such specific and immediate information about results of their advertising efforts.
