Fax Broadcast and Fax-on-Demand Once the set-up of the application is
complete, your role is simple:
- Dial into our system and upload your fax newsletter or daily update. This can be done electronically or simply faxed.
- You can update your fax information as often as you like.
What will my subscribers need to do to access my information? Subscribers interested in signing up to access an Information Providers 800/888/877, can do so by following these steps:
- Request a sign-up sheet. Sign-up forms can also be made available via the web, printed out and faxed or mailed to the potential subscriber.
- The subscriber will then complete and sign the subscription sheet requesting the service and authorizing credit card billing and either mail or fax it to the appropriate contact.
- For Fax Broadcast Services your newsletter or fax update would be automatically faxed to all subscribers at your request.
- For Fax-On-Demand Services, InfoVision would then activate an ID and Passcode in our system for the subscriber, giving the subscriber access to your fax request line to access the information. The caller
then calls the number, is prompted for their unique ID and Passcode and Fax number, once they hang up the requested fax information is sent immediately. Our system records the number of requests and
billing information is compiled for billing purposes based on the number of requests for billing purposes.
