As the Practice Head and Director, John heads the Strategy and Sales Enablement Team while also providing insights to the NxtGEN iLab on accelerators and products, guiding the delivery teams to bring radical transformations to client businesses. He works closely with the CTIO (Chief Technology and Innovation Officer) Group of InfoVision that focuses on the Digital Transformation practice and NxtGEN iLab.

He is a well-rounded technical and tactical professional with 12+ years of experience, having created business lines from scratch for Fortune 500 companies such as Unisys and focused product companies such as IBS. His technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic skills position him to be a leader in many domains including Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Analytics, DevOps, IoT, Mobility, Product Application Engineering, and Cloud.

Mr. Barigidad co-founded IVL back in 2014. After finishing his Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering from Karnataka University, he got certified by Microsoft and PMP. Additionally, he’s qualified for start-up engineering and machine learning. As a visionary, he introduced the point-of-sales system to over 4.000 stores in the USA and back-end retail solutions for over 800 global stores. He now manages automation, artificial intelligence, product development, and a host of IT services across the domain spectrum as our Managing Director.

Tiffany Harms is a passionate sales and customer service professional. After completing her graduation from The University of North Texas, USA she dove deep into the world of operations management and business development. She started her journey with us in 2011 and since then, her customer-first mindset has helped our clients experience year-over-year growth. Currently, she is the Director of Business Development, where she delivers measurable results for our Fortune 500 and 100 clients.

Shaily Kumar orchestrates effective business development and restructuring strategies for our clients. She joined us as a Business Development Manager and quickly proved her mettle, ultimately becoming the Vice President of Enterprise Applications. Her technical prowess and brilliant sales and leadership skills have transformed small and large enterprises alike.

Rajesh is the Business Leader for the Research and Social Media Analytics arm of InfoVision, Infovision Social. With experience that spans more than a decade in research and digital/social media analytics and consulting, he has worked with brands like Nike, McDonalds, 7-Eleven, Nokia, NetApp and many others. He has solved key global business problems using strategy, analytics, and research.

As a marketing and business management professional, Rajesh is a firm believer in digital transformation solutions that employ unorthodox ways of leveraging digital media and yield unique actionable insights. This in turn helps enrich the quality of strategic decisions leading to business transformation for brands. Rajesh is also an established thought leader of the ever-changing and maturing landscape within social media analytics.

A hands-on visionary and a technology leader, Chithrai Selvakumar Mani has been instrumental in driving innovation and transformation to shape the digital future of multiple Fortune 500 companies and industries. Over the past decade, he has led many defining transformative projects with industry leaders such as 7-Eleven, Verizon, Halliburton, TransCore, BCBS, AAFES, PrimeroEdge, Gulf Oil, Spreetail, CEC among others.

His cross-industry domain expertise along with his experiences in formulating digital strategy, planning, business alignment, architecting, value- & ROI-driven execution, and innovation, sets him apart as a highly sought after thought leader. Even as a young entrepreneur, he was a passionate technology enthusiast with strong business acumen and an eye for the future. His ability to envision, recognize, and drive the potential of the latest technologies enables rapid digital transformation in companies. Vic Gandikota specializes in solving the sourcing and staffing concerns for global companies. In his 20 years of experience, he has earned the special ability to efficiently decode and address the resource needs of our clients. Though he holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University, USA he understands the pulse of industries across the board. He joined us in 2004 as the Director of Resource Development and ultimately rose to the ranks of Associate Vice President of Sourcing.

No task is too complex or extensive for Somesh Pallikonda. Armed with a Master’s in Business from IIM and one in science from IIT, he manages large-scale telecommunication projects for Verizon. He also handles IT outsourcing services and management for our key accounts, building long-term relationships with clients.

Anil’s extraordinary people skills and keen intuition mean he can spot leadership ability from miles away. After completing his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University, and Master’s in Marketing from Symbiosis, was fully equipped with the skill to place visionaries exactly where they would flourish. Today, he is our Vice President of Global Sourcing, managing requisitions of high visibility roles.
