Priya Reddy is a senior data and technology leader, AI and Data investor, board member, global keynote speaker, and adjunct faculty in Chief Data & AI Officer programs who built her reputation by doing what many only advise on. As a former Chief Data Officer and Vice President of Enterprise Data Management, she launched future-ready data and analytics functions from scratch, scaled portfolios from millions to billions, including a $150M portfolio expansion in just one year, and helped take a company all the way to IPO.
At the heart of her work is customer obsession and ethical innovation. With two decades of building and scaling data and AI capabilities from the ground up, Priya now supports high-growth ventures as a fractional consultant and board advisor. She partners with boards and leadership teams to define AI strategy and roadmaps with measurable ROI, build enterprise-grade data governance frameworks, design responsible AI practices, and prepare organizations for investor readiness and IPO credibility.
She regularly speaks and keynotes at executive forums, industry conferences, and global summits on topics such as data strategy, responsible AI, modern leadership, and building data-driven cultures at the C-suite and board level. These engagements are grounded in real-world experience and designed to help leaders move beyond theory to action.
In addition to her advisory work, she serves as adjunct faculty and executive coach for Chief Data & AI Officer programs at Carnegie Mellon University. She also publishes Data Forward, a weekly briefing for leaders navigating data and AI at scale, and co-hosts the Reddy2Grow podcast with her daughter, amplifying women’s voices in STEM, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
