We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Specialist to lead the configuration, implementation, and continuous optimization of the ServiceNow SPM platform.
This role will enable data-driven decision-making for project prioritization, investment governance, resource planning, and portfolio health across Customer Experience initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow platform expertise with portfolio/program management knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills.
