Job Summary: The Senior Associate Production Support Analyst executes and monitors business data processing jobs including data warehouse, customer file transmissions, shift-to-shift turnover communications. They are trusted and depended on to handle remediation procedures for failures, delays, and other interruptions to service and to escalate as needed. The team brings together data from different internal & external partners, making it available to the operations area.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology or related field of study.
• 2-5 years of experience in Technology and Operations in areas such as Unix Programming, Shell Scripting, Structured Query Language (SQL), Databricks Platform, Airflow Management, and Python (Programming Language)
• 1 cloud certification required – AWS cloud practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or Google Cloud- Cloud Digital Leader
Preferred Qualifications: Experience or exposure to Linux, Jira, and dbt
Working Hours: Work Timings: 6 am – 3 pm and 1-10 pm (IST) Rotational shift including weekends
