- Proven QA coaching, mentoring and enablement experience.
- Strong testing methodologies and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
- Good understanding of test automation and modern QA practices.
- Experience developing training / enablement programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

- QA COE / TCoE experience.
- Quality Engineering transformation experience.
- AI-assisted testing / GenAI experience.
- DevOps / CI-CD understanding.
- Competency framework development experience.
- ISTQB / Agile certification.
