Must Have

- 3+ years QA Governance / QA Process / QA Lead experience.
- Strong SDLC / STLC and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
- Strong test planning, QA governance and quality-gate experience.
- Strong defect management and RCA governance experience.
- Experience conducting QA process audits / compliance reviews.
- Jira / Azure DevOps or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.

- QA COE / TCoE experience.
- Enterprise QA transformation experience.
- ITIL / Six Sigma / CMMI / ISO knowledge.
- Release governance experience.
- Power BI / QA dashboard experience.
