Critical Skills to Possess:
- 12+ years of experience with ServiceNow and HPSM (HP Service Manager).
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization.
- Deep understanding of HPSM data structures and service management processes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Import Sets, Transform Maps, IntegrationHub, ETL).
- Strong experience in CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and ServiceNow MID server setup
