Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in ETL processes, Azure cloud services, and advanced SQL development to join our growing analytics team in Pune.
- The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple structured and unstructured sources into centralized data warehouses hosted on Azure.
- Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure SQL Database is essential for building scalable and reliable data solutions.
- Strong command of SQL including complex queries, stored procedures, window functions, and query performance tuning is required to support data modeling and reporting needs.
- Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate query writing, pipeline development, and code documentation is highly desirable.
- The candidate will collaborate closely with data engineers, business intelligence teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex data requirements into actionable analytical insights.
- Candidates must demonstrate a track record of maintaining data quality standards, building data validation frameworks, and ensuring data governance and compliance best practices.
- This role is based in Pune and requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously in an agile environment.
