We are looking for an experienced PHP Laravel Developer with 5–10 years of experience in backend/web application development. Candidates should have strong Laravel expertise, good communication skills, and preferably hands-on experience in the banking/fintech domain.
Must Have
- 5–10 years of experience in PHP development
- Strong hands-on experience with Laravel
- Strong knowledge of PHP, OOP, MVC, MySQL
- Experience developing REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Good understanding of Git, debugging, and production support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience working in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services
Banking Domain Knowledge
- Payments and fund transfers
- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI
- KYC/AML concepts
- Transaction processing and reconciliation
- Banking/financial API integrations
- Security and audit requirements
Good to Have
- AWS/Azure experience
- CI/CD and automated testing
- Linux/Unix
- Experience with high-volume or transaction-intensive applications
