Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing robust automation frameworks for enterprise-grade applications based in Bangalore
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in API Automation using tools such as RestAssured, Postman, or Karate, with a strong ability to validate RESTful and SOAP-based services across complex microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in leveraging Github Copilot to accelerate test script development, reduce manual coding effort, and improve overall test coverage through AI-assisted automation is a key requirement for this role.
- Candidates should demonstrate experience in building and maintaining CI/CD-integrated test pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps, ensuring continuous quality validation across all deployment stages.
- Strong understanding of test strategy, test planning, and defect lifecycle management is expected, along with hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is required to develop and maintain scalable, maintainable automation test suites aligned with business requirements.
- The candidate must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers to define acceptance criteria and ensure end-to-end quality assurance coverage.
- A solid grasp of performance and regression testing principles, along with experience generating actionable test reports using tools like Allure or ExtentReports, will be considered a strong advantage.
