- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), WebMethods, or other middleware technologies.
- Exposure to Azure integration services, REST APIs, and cloud-based integration platforms.
- Scrum Master certification such as PSM or CSM.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographical regions.
- Experience in production support, incident management, change management, and release governance.
