Job Description
The AI Delivery Lead owns the technical vision and delivery of the discovery effort. This person is the primary link between business stakeholders and the offshore engineering team, translating business problems into well-scoped AI/ML solutions and ensuring the work stays aligned with business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
• Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define the problem, goals and success metrics
• Define the AI/ML strategy and approach for optimization, including candidate use cases and evaluation criteria
• Prioritize use cases by value, feasibility, risk and cost
• Guide the offshore ML engineers: set technical direction, review designs and code, and unblock issues
• Own the project plan, milestones, risks and dependencies; run regular status and steering updates
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, bias and governance requirements
• Present findings, recommendations and the final roadmap to executive stakeholders
• Coordinate across onshore teams (data, IT, product, security) to secure data access and environments
• Facilitate daily handoffs and maintain clear communication across time zones
