Job Title: Software Engineer

Role Summary
We are looking for a full-stack software engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services. You will work in an agile team and own features from design through deployment. Exposure to data engineering or applied AI/ML is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js, Flask, ASP.NET) features.
- Build RESTful APIs and backend services backed by relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server).
- Write automated unit tests (Jest, pytest, unittest) to ensure code quality and stability.
- Deploy and support applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and improve usability.
- Analyze data, run A/B tests, and present findings to inform product decisions.
- Support integration of AI/NLP features, such as LLM-based assistants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++, and strong SQL skills.
- Experience with React and at least one backend framework (Node.js, Flask, or ASP.NET).
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, database design, Git/GitHub, and unit testing.
- Foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
