Job Title: Sr Agentic AI Engineer (Agent Creation, Both A2A and MCP)

Job Summary
- Design, build, and deploy production-ready agentic AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph for multi-agent orchestration
- Implement agent-to-agent communication using the Agent2Agent (A2A) protocol and expose tools/data sources via Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers
- Architect and deploy agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, leveraging Runtime, Gateway, Memory, and Identity services for secure, scalable operation
- Build, manage, and monitor agent fleets using LangFleet, including tool-level approvals and tracing for governed agent operations
- Integrate agentic workflows with Gemini Enterprise and Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) for enterprise-grade generative AI use cases
- Build memory systems (short-term, long-term, session state) and RAG pipelines for context-aware agent reasoning
- Convert internal APIs, databases, and Lambda functions into agent-callable tools via MCP gateways
- Establish observability, tracing, and evaluation pipelines to monitor agent quality, latency, and drift in production
