We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong track record delivering enterprise CCaaS/SaaS implementations. The ideal candidate has led end-to-end project lifecycles — from pre-sales feasibility through post-go-live adoption — across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with deep comfort managing cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, and technical partners simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably within CCaaS, SaaS, or enterprise software delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume portfolio of projects (50+) with strong on-time delivery rates
- Hands-on expertise with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and comfort switching between them based on project needs
- Proven stakeholder management skills across client, sales, and technical teams
- Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, Salesforce
- Strong risk management, change management, and escalation-handling capability
- Experience mentoring or leading junior PMs/coordinators
- Strong communication skills, with proven ability to engage and manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders — stakeholder management is a critical requirement for this role
- Solid technical project management background, with the ability to effectively manage cross-project interdependencies
- Pre-requisite: must be able to work US hours as and when required
- Data migration project experience preferred
- Available to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification (or actively pursuing)
- Background in IVR, contact center (CCaaS), or AI/BI-driven solution delivery
- Experience partnering with Technical Account Managers or Customer Success functions
- Exposure to training and knowledge management functions
