Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Sr. Qlik Sense Lead with 10 to 15 years of hands-on expertise in enterprise BI and data analytics, based out of our Bengaluru technology center, to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge analytics solutions.
- The ideal candidate must have deep proficiency in Qlik Sense application development including data modeling, set analysis, scripting, section access, and advanced visualizations to deliver self-service dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Strong command over Oracle PL/SQL is required, including writing complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, and performance-tuned queries to support robust data extraction and transformation pipelines feeding Qlik environments.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle DBA activities such as schema design, index optimization, query tuning, and coordinating with database teams to ensure data availability and performance for BI workloads is essential.
- Proficiency in Tableau is expected to support cross-platform reporting needs, enabling the team to deliver comparative visual analytics and executive-level dashboards alongside Qlik Sense solutions.
- The candidate should demonstrate practical experience using GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate scripting, automate repetitive coding tasks, and improve overall development productivity within the BI team.
- This role requires the ability to lead a team of BI developers, conduct code reviews, define development standards, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers across Qlik and SQL-based project streams.
- The Sr. Qlik Sense Lead will collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, and enterprise architects in Bengaluru to translate complex business requirements into scalable, performant analytics solutions aligned with organizational data strategy.
